William Newton Healthcare Foundation is pleased to welcome Miranda Nation Hofmeister as the foundation’s new administrative assistant.
“Miranda has made a wonderful addition to the WNHF team. She has a heart for community non-profits and brings so much enthusiasm into our office,” shares William Newton Healthcare Foundation Executive Director Annika Morris. “Miranda brings a wealth of community-focused administrative experience to the table and is eager to jump in and support our mission. Whether it's gala planning, building donor relationships, or assisting with the next fundraising project, we know she will be a valuable asset to our team.”
A few of Miranda’s responsibilities include managing office secretarial/clerical duties, supporting the foundation board and donor base, and coordinating meetings and events. Before joining the foundation, Miranda served as a receptionist at Health Professionals of Winfield for six months.
Miranda was drawn to the opportunity to apply her administrative skills in a meaningful way. She is excited to contribute to the impactful work ahead alongside the dedicated board of directors, foundation director, and hospital team.
A Winfield native, Miranda currently lives in Winfield with her husband, Nick, and one-year-old daughter, Amelia. Outside of work, Miranda enjoys participating in theater and music. She has been in numerous choir and community theater performances with Marquee Performing Arts Center, Ark Valley Players, The Burford Singers, and more. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the South Kansas Symphony, and on committees for Ark Valley Players and BisonBison Film Festival.
