The first baby born in 2025 in Winfield, Kansas joined a festive family! Armani Mateo Amezcua was delivered on January 1 to parents Daiten Amezcua and Cindy Martinez of Arkansas City. Mom Cindy was also born on New Year’s Day in El Salvador. Dad Daiten was born on Christmas Day also at William Newton Hospital.

William Newton Hospital Appoints Chief Ancillary Officer

William Newton Hospital has named Amber Seitzinger, MHA, MOT, OTR/L, Chief Ancillary Officer. As CAO, Seitzinger will oversee departments including cardiac catheterization lab, cardiac rehabilitation, diagnostic imaging, education, laboratory, pharmacy, pulmonary rehabilitation, rehabilitation services, and respiratory therapy. She will also work closely with the cancer care providers at the Winfield Healthcare Center.
