Free workshop with the SafeSide framework
Provided by SafeSide Prevention, UR Medicine Recovery Center of Excellence, Hosted by Beats Go On Community Wellness Initiative, and Supported by Four County Mental Health, Inc. and William Newton Hospital
The UR Medicine Recovery Center of Excellence, with funding from the Health Resources & Services Administration, has partnered with SafeSide Prevention for a suicide prevention workshop for service providers in rural communities at no cost.
Local providers William Newton Hospital and Four County Mental Health Center, Inc. with help from William Newton Healthcare Foundation’s Beats Go On community wellness initiative, are supporting this FREE half-day training and providing lunch. Physicians, nurses, physician assistants, social workers, nurse practitioners, youth organization team members, mental health professionals, school health professionals, and others are all encouraged to attend! Registrants earn 3 CMEs after completion
