Fraud is a serious crime that puts vulnerable patients at risk. You can help! 

Be on the lookout for:

• Unsolicited calls or emails offering "free" benefits or equipment
• Pressured to sign up for something 
• Bills for services you never received
• Changes to your health plan you didn't initiate

️ Protect yourself and your loved ones:

• Never give out your health information to anyone you don't know and trust
• Review your medical statements carefully. Report any errors or suspicious activity immediately
• Talk to your doctor or a trusted advisor about any questions or concerns you have
• Share this information with your friends and family
