Dr. Mitchell is becoming a familiar face in the Winfield area. Before coming to HPW, she saw patients at Community Health Center in Cowley County and has been an active medical staff member at William Newton Hospital since moving to the area in 2022. She completed her medical training at the University of Toledo College of Medicine, formerly the Medical College of Ohio. Her family medicine residency was at the University of Hawaii, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Mitchell enjoys building long-term relationships with her patients and looks forward to focusing on both their short and long-term health goals. In her spare time, you can find her walking around town with her dog, Peaches, as they work towards a therapy dog certification.
